MEI Industrial Solutions (MEI) has signed a lease on the former Levi Building in Gluckstadt, Mississippi, securing 300,000 square feet of space as the company deepens its commitment to the region and eyes significant future growth. The announcement marks a major milestone for Madison County’s industrial sector and underscores MEI’s confidence in Mississippi as a long-term home for its operations.
The newly leased facility will serve as a cornerstone of MEI’s expanding Mississippi presence. With 300,000 square feet of operational space, the former Levi Building provides the capacity MEI needs to grow — and the company is actively exploring additional opportunities to further expand its footprint within the state.
In conjunction with the lease signing, MEI plans to hire between 75 and 100 new employees over the next month, bringing its total Mississippi workforce to approximately 150 team members. The company anticipates continued growth well beyond that milestone as operations in Madison County ramp up.
