MEDC LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE

Designed to prepare Mississippi’s economic development community for the 2027 Legislative Session, the conference will bring together economic developers, chamber professionals, elected officials, industry partners and community stakeholders for timely conversations on Mississippi’s economy, legislative priorities, workforce, economic development and the issues shaping our state’s future.

CEcD PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDIT 

MEDC conferences are recognized by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) as professional development events that count toward recertification for Certified Economic Developers (CEcDs).

Through legislative updates, a clear policy agenda, and proactive advocacy efforts, MEDC works to strengthen Mississippi’s competitiveness in attracting and retaining industry.

You may also support the MEDC Advocacy Fund, which advances economic development by promoting issues that impact legislation and the state’s business climate. All contributions are restricted for legislative initiatives, including lobbying activities.
